Merchant
Starting NPC: Merchant Representative Ellen — Orphanage (va_orpha 196,300)
Requirements: Orphan job (no extra prerequisites).
Steps:
- Speak with Ellen about taking up the merchant life.
- Confirm you accept the restrictions for low-level merchants.
- Receive your license and new title immediately.
Reward: Job change to Merchant and a Merchant License.
Thief

Steps:
